How to get a loan?
Once a customer installs the app and registers with valid information, their credit score is assessed based on our AI system and centralized loan database (CIB Ishenim). This prevents customers from taking on multiple loans, which could make them unrepayable. After the clients credit scoring is completed and the credit line agreement is signed by the parties, the client can receive a loan at any time to his wallet without any additional criteria and withdraw funds to his Elcart, VISA or MasterCard card.

How to repay a loan?
The client can repay the loan at any time without additional commission or interest. Our system informs clients about the repayment period by a notification in the Pocket.kg application and a phone call from our customer support service. Clients can repay a loan directly from the Pocket.kg application, Elcart, VISA or MasterCard bank cards, as well as through a network of payment terminals. When customers repay the loan on time, they can increase the loan amount, reduce the fee for issuing a loan, and receive bonus points.

Customers can accumulate bonus points in several ways and use them to increase the loan amount and reduce the fee for issuing a loan:
